These terms are generally for personal commissions, for freelance work there will be a contract for both parties to sign

♡General Details

✧ Will Do: Original Characters, Fan Art, Chibi Style, Stylized Portraits of People & Pets

✧ Won't Do: Realism, NSFW, Violence, Gore, Hate

✧ File delivery will be high quality 300dpi in either a standard 9x12 inches (2700x3600 pixels) dimensions or custom dimensions of your choice.

✧ Contact me with your name, preferred contact and commission project details.

✧ Please describe what you would like for your commission, which type of commission, what kind of pose, design details, colors, and other details to highlight character personality or anything else. Providing at least one visual reference is required. You may also include mood boards and vision boards.

✧ Artwork will be created in my style. My style may vary slightly, and you may choose from an existing artwork of mine in my portfolio or social media. Please do not ask me to copy another artist. If you need a custom design style that requires a specific or unique, please contact me for freelance work.

✧ I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

♡Copyright/Usage

✧ All artwork is for personal use only. You may not edit, reproduce, or profit off of my artwork without my permission. If you print or gift it, you may not sell or profit from it in any way. Any and all use of my work must be credited. You may not claim it as your own work. You may not alter the artwork in any way unless discussed.

✧ For commercial work, branding or merchandise, contact me for freelance. Fan art or any IP is not permitted for commercial work, personal use only

✧ Finished or work in progress artwork may or may not be posted online and used for any future portfolio work or self promotion, unless the client wishes for artwork to be kept private or anonymous for limited time (ex. Birthday, Event, NDA, etc.).

✧ My work may not be used for NFT/Cryptocurrency or AI Generated Art. Any such use is used without my permission. No NFT/AI related project inquiries please.

♡Turnaround Time

✧ Commission may take up to 3-4 weeks or more to complete, depending on the number of inquiries and my schedule.

✧ If you have a deadline for a special occasion, let me know and we'll work something out. If you need it in less than a week, an additional rush fee can be discussed.

♡Payment

✧ Payment in USD via PayPal Invoice or Venmo. Full Payment Upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received. After your order inquiry is finalized, a PayPal invoice will be sent via Email.

✧ For freelance work, full payment or a deposit is required upfront and final payment is required before final delivery. Monthly payments also available for contract work. Freelance payments will be processed through Stripe Invoice.

♡Cancellation/Refunds

✧ You may cancel anytime before payment has been sent. Refunds available only before commission has begun. No refunds after commission is completed.
